Missions

Missions is an important part of Riverside. It was God who sent His son to earth to show us His great love for us. And this pattern is continued through the sincerity of many across the globe. We believe it is important for everyone to have the opportunity to hear about God’s love for us.

Riverside supports those who have a desire to take the love of Christ to the nations of the world. We accomplish this in two ways:

1. Financial Support
We provide opportunities for the church and it’s attendees to support those involved in missions financially. This financial support goes towards missionary’s various expenses related to the projects they are involved in. This often includes such things as providing food and shelter to the unfortunate, medical aid, orphanage related work. In most situations these financial contributions are tax-deductible.

2. Prayer
This is an opportunity for all believers to share in the spiritual work of missionaries around the world. Through prayer we can ask God to strengthen, encourage and to bless a missionary’s endeavors.
We can also pray and believe God to do miraculous things in the lives of people who need Him.

Missions That We Support
Sean and Vita Mason (Albania)- Sean and Vita have been working with the Stephen Center for several years now. They are currently in need of financial support to return and continue working there.
